Orchid Digest - “When you’re serious about Orchids” - this magazine is published four times a year and contains excellent articles and incredible photographs.
Internet Orchid Photo Encylopedia - this site contains photos of 6,015 species in 606 genera. Includes a list of synonyms, common name if available and a brief description of the plant and where it grows. Useful for identifying plants or learning more about a particular genus.
Orchid Species Photographs by Eric Hunt - Eric posts frequently to the alt.binaries.pictures.orchids newsgroup. His photographs are great. For those interested in learning more about orchid photography, be sure to visit the section, “The photos: How I work.”

The Mid-America Orchid Congress - many of our members hear conversations regarding the MAOC, but not everyone knows what the orginazation is all about. Our very own Beth Martin is the current president of this prestigious organization.
Native Orchids of the United States - allows you to click on a state and get a list of orchids native to that state.

19th World Orchid Conference - “A World Orchid Conference is the world’s largest gathering of orchid enthusiasts, growers, hybridizers and scientists - events of such magnitude that they take place only once every three years!” The next one is being held in Miami in January of 2008.
OrchidWire - “Connecting A World of Orchids” - this a very detailed an up to date orchid resource directory with links to a wide range of orchid related resources.
